We have over 25 years of experience helping youth reshape the way they think about masculinity, and engaging them in ending all forms of male violence and self-harm. RSVP® is a youth-informed curricula developed in partnership with the US Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women.
RSVP® has two workshop series: one for middle school boys and one for high school students of all genders.

This fellowship develops a community of belonging for young men committed to disrupting the patterns of narrow masculinity in themselves and others, and the disconnection, self-harm, and violence it can create.
Through day-long programs, weekend retreats, and monthly zoom calls, 12-16 high school-aged boys spend a year together exploring connection, masculinity, identity, and power.

In response to greatly increased demand for our Reducing Sexism and Violence Program (RSVP®), we launched our Training Institute to share our knowledge with others who can in turn help us reach more youth.
Join over 300 adults who have been trained to bring RSVP® to their schools, youth organizations, alternative education programs, sports teams, and other settings where they work with youth.
